The complexity

## Employing people in Brazil takes more work every year.

That complexity eats into the whole company's capacity. It shows up in the payroll close, in the questions that reach payroll ops, in every manager's routine, in interviews waiting for a slot, in finance spreadsheets and in the lawsuits legal has to defend.

How Tako works

## It all starts with your company's context, and that is what the agents work on.

- Context Your company's people, with contracts, teams, locations, benefits and eSocial history, in a single base that updates with every hire, promotion, vacation and termination. The CLT and the collective agreements for each CNPJ are part of that base.
- Calculation engine Every payroll value is calculated with the rule from the law and from each person's collective agreement, and opens up to show where it came from. Every edit is logged under the name of whoever approved it, with the before and after.
- Products Tako Payroll, Tako Recruiter and Tako Benefits, all on the same base.
- Otto and Nara Otto, Tako's AI agent, answers and acts with each person's context and the rule behind every answer. Alongside him, Nara runs Tako Recruiter's video interviews.
- Where people are In the Tako app and in your team's AI tools, like Claude, Codex and Cursor, which connect to Tako through MCP. A request arrives with the same context on any channel.

What Tako does

## What Tako does at each stage of people operations

From job opening to offboarding, every stage connected to the same data.

- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Benefits
- Vacation
- Payroll
- Bulk entries
- Payments and accounting
- Statutory filings
- Legislation and agreements
- Termination

### Recruiting

Otto opens the role, Nara has the first conversation with each candidate on WhatsApp and runs the full video interview, and the competency assessment goes to the ATS you use.

### Onboarding

The approved candidate fills in their own details through a link, and Otto takes the record to payroll and to eSocial with no one retyping anything.

### Benefits

Every benefit flows into payroll with no manual entry. Tako follows each person from hire to termination, talks to the providers and takes the deduction straight to payroll.

### Vacation

Tako tracks each person's accrual period and calculates vacation pay with the constitutional one-third bonus and the cash allowance, for the manager and your team to approve.

### Payroll

CLT employees and contractors close in the same cycle, and every value on the payslip opens up to show the legal rule that produced it.

### Bulk entries

You send the commission, profit-sharing, merit or co-payment spreadsheet to the AI your team already uses, and it builds the payroll entry with each person's before and after. Anything outside policy goes to the approval level that already exists, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

Through Tako's MCP, in beta for admins with Google sign-in, in Claude, in ChatGPT through Codex and in Cursor.

### Payments and accounting

Finance gets the payment file ready to upload to the bank and the tax slips already calculated, and accounting downloads the payroll in the layout of the company's accounting ERP.

### Statutory filings

Tako submits eSocial and the other payroll filings and follows the government's response. When an issue depends on the company, the payroll specialist lets the right person know.

### Legislation and agreements

Otto answers questions about the CLT and each CNPJ's collective agreement with the rule behind the answer, and when the union settles the annual raise, Tako calculates it with back pay for you to approve.

### Termination

At offboarding, Tako calculates the severance with salary balance, notice period, prorated vacation and 13th salary and the FGTS penalty, and sends the event to eSocial.

How you get started

## From day one to the payroll switchover

> “...switching payroll systems is heavy, it's never simple.” HR and payroll lead at a manufacturing company, in a conversation with Tako.

That's why the first step happens on your company's own data, before any proposal, and your current payroll keeps running until Tako's matches it.

### eSocial Diagnostic

Tako reads your company's eSocial and shows where people operations pay more than they need to and where the team loses time, like overpaid tax slips or events that come back with issues. You can do it with your current contract in place, and a payroll specialist walks you through what they found.

Get the free eSocial Diagnostic

### Your data in Tako in days

With an electronic power of attorney, Tako pulls your company's history straight from eSocial in three to four days, so your records arrive ready, without relying on your current provider to export the data. The agents start working on that history, and payroll runs in parallel with the current one until the numbers match, when the switchover happens.

### Start with recruiting

In Tako Recruiter, Nara runs full video interviews with candidates for one of your open roles and sends the competency assessment to the ATS you already use, without touching payroll.

1. First step **eSocial Diagnostic**
2. First days **History pulled from eSocial**
3. Parallel payroll **Until the numbers match**

Questions

## Questions that come up before switching

### Is Tako a BPO? Will I lose control of my payroll?

Payroll runs on your company's data, and your team follows every number until it approves the close, asking Otto whatever it wants along the way. The AI agents make the entries, and a Tako payroll specialist handles pay codes and the collective agreement and checks the calculation before it reaches you. Your team asks for what it needs and approves what arrives ready.

### What stays outside Tako?

Time tracking and occupational health and safety stay with partners, and Tako receives that data by integration or by file. Construction sites with their own CNO don't run on Tako today. If your operation depends on one of these, bring it up in the first conversation and we'll show how it works in your case.

### How does migration work? I'm afraid of losing our history.

Tako pulls the history straight from eSocial with an electronic power of attorney, in three to four days, so your records arrive ready and you don't depend on your current provider to export the data. Anything from before 2018 comes in by spreadsheet, and payroll runs in parallel with the current one until the numbers match, with the switchover scheduled after that.

### I have a contract with my current provider, or I don't want to switch payroll right now. Can I start with Tako?

Yes. The eSocial Diagnostic runs with your current contract in place and shows where the operation pays more than it needs to and where the team loses time. Tako Recruiter works without touching payroll. And since Tako pulls the history straight from eSocial with an electronic power of attorney, switching payroll doesn't depend on your current provider and can be planned for the date your contract ends.

### How much does it cost, and how do I take this to my CFO?

Pricing is per person on payroll, and the proposal compares what you pay today line by line, including what sits outside your current provider's invoice, like supplementary payroll, payroll reopening, customization billed separately and review hours. That way your CFO decides based on the total cost of payroll. There's no lock-in penalty, and you can leave with 30 days' notice.

## Manifesto

## A New Canvas for the Country: A Brazil Without Knots

Brazil is known for its colors, sounds, and dreams.

We paint the nation in lyrics and melodies, through the hands of millions who do a lot with very little.

We are the creativity that dances, the rhythm that becomes a solution, the beat that clears the path.

But when it’s time to build, Brazil gets stuck. Tangled in conflicting rules. In fragmented systems asking for the same data ten times. In a maze of paperwork, acronyms, and deadlines that tie down even the most modern companies.

The Brazil that knows how to improvise is the same Brazil that spends hours trying to understand the rules of the game. And while bureaucracy drains energy, innovation, and jobs, the vision of progress fades into the background.

Technology offers us a chance — not just to change the system, but to shift the culture of building in this country.

It’s time to draw a new canvas. One where payroll isn’t a minefield. Where hiring doesn’t take courage. Where building a business doesn’t keep you up at night.

A canvas with less red tape and more trust. Fewer knots, more clarity. Less noise, more rhythm.

But every new painting needs a new paper. A new stroke. A solid foundation.

Tako is that foundation.

A workforce management platform with AI at its core — where agents, data, and applications work together as the base of operations.

We reduce cost, errors, and rework — creating the only reliable infrastructure on which Brazilian businesses can safely grow.

Tako applies the right technology in the right place. Structured code for rule enforcement, where precision is key. AI, where it’s essential — to interpret language, learn from context, and operate 24/7 on volumes of data and tasks no human could handle.

This kind of thoughtful engineering makes Brazil, for the first time, operable at scale.

Tako unlocks the potential of Brazilian businesses by removing the friction of payroll, taxes, and compliance. It frees clients to focus on innovation and impact.

That’s how we paint — together — the country that has always been in our hands. The country that builds. The country that gets things done.

A Brazil without knots.

## All your benefits in one place.

Tako becomes the single point of contact for your benefits. It follows each person from hiring to offboarding, talks to your vendors for you and takes the deduction straight to payroll, with full visibility into cost.

## Contractors and employees on the same payroll, from fees to time off.

Opens the cycle with fees already filled in, requests and validates the invoice, and calculates the net amount with a full calculation trail. In the same place where your employee payroll already runs on AI.

- Invoice requested and validated, with no contract checked by hand
- Contractor time off in the same flow, under its own contractor policy
- Employees and contractors in one place, no side spreadsheet or extra tab

## Otto answers, analyzes and acts across Tako.

Otto is Tako's AI agent. It opens roles, handles hiring and employee changes, reads contracts, answers labor law questions and runs analyses. Ask about turnover, people costs or payroll variations: the answer comes from your real data, in real time.

- Headcount and cost analyzed without leaving the platform
- Historical variation investigated with a single question
- Payroll scenarios projected on the company's real history
- Turnover and pay distortion identified in seconds
- Among other analyses your operation runs every day

- What drove the people cost variation last quarter?
- Which team has the highest turnover over the last 12 months?
- Where did this month's payroll increase come from?
- Build the headcount by team, splitting employees and contractors.
- Project payroll cost for next quarter.
- Compare average cost by seniority across teams.

The labor law layer

## Labor law, alive inside payroll.

Looking up the CLT, collective agreements, eSocial and case law is one more of Otto's functions. Ask anything about Brazilian labor law: the answer comes right away, with the norm behind it.

- Questions on the CLT, collective agreements and eSocial answered on the spot
- Collective agreements applied by company tax ID, alongside your own policies
- Every payroll line explained by the rule that produced it

- Can we deduct the transport allowance from a fully remote employee?
- No. The transport allowance covers the commute between home and work. With no commute, there is no basis for the 6% salary deduction. If the company keeps the benefit as its own policy, it stops being a transport allowance and the deduction no longer applies.

Security & compliance

## The payroll the CFO trusts and legal approves.

Payroll errors are expensive. Not just financially: in reputation, labor lawsuits, and sleepless nights. Tako was built so every number is traceable and every rule is auditable.

The Tako MCP

## Tako's intelligence, wherever you want it

An orchestrator, not an API: it reads payroll, cross-checks your context, and writes the change back into Tako — in the tool you prefer.

### Works where you already work

Claude, ChatGPT via Codex, and Cursor, in the desktop app. No switching tools to touch payroll.

### Large batches, with approval and audit log

Make hundreds of role and salary changes all at once. It runs a sample, goes through the approval flow you already have, and logs every edit under your name.

### It confirms with you before writing

It builds the before-and-after of every change, calculates the recurring impact including taxes and provisions, compares it against the approved budget — and only applies once you say go.

### It stops and asks before getting it wrong

A salary band exceeded, a level that doesn't exist in the track, a raise above the policy cap. Anything off-pattern comes back to you, with the case explained.

## eConsignado on payroll, without ever opening Emprega Brasil.

Law 15.179/2025 turned into a monthly duty for every CLT employer in Brazil: pulling active contracts from Portal Emprega Brasil, posting rubric 9253 in eSocial, enforcing the 35% margin, provisioning advance pay, vacation and termination, and issuing a dedicated guia in FGTS Digital. Tako Payroll syncs with Dataprev and runs the entire chain inside payroll.

- Automatic Dataprev sync
- Rubric 9253 preconfigured
- 35% margin in real time
- Advance, vacation and termination

## Interview every qualified candidate, without trading off speed, quality, or experience.

Tako Recruiter uses Nara, the AI recruiting agent built by Tako. Before the first interview, Nara drafts the role's evaluation plan, evaluation criteria, and interview script; your team adjusts, and Nara starts interviewing. Every qualified candidate gets an invite and takes the interview whenever they want, with Nara leading the conversation based on each person's context. At the end, she writes a competency-based evaluation, with a score and justification for each criterion, using the same rubric for everyone. Every candidate can receive personalized feedback. With each role, Nara learns which signals predict good hires and improves your company's hiring process.

Setup

## The role starts as a conversation

Connected to your ATS, Nara already knows your open roles, the candidates in the queue and your company context. You say what the position is and she proposes the description, the competencies, the weight of each one and the interview script. To change anything, just say so. What you adjust on one role, she carries to the next.

## WhatsApp screening

Fast screening at scale: Nara talks to every candidate on WhatsApp at the same time and works out, in a few minutes, whether they fit the role.

Candidate experience

## Video interview

A full interview conducted by voice and video, available 24/7, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Nara asks follow-up questions based on what the candidate says, digs in when an answer is vague, and records the language level in the report — with no need for a bilingual recruiter.

Scheduling

## Whenever the candidate wants

Nara interviews 24/7. Candidates pick the day and time that fit their life, including outside business hours, and reschedule on their own if they need to — without going through the recruiter.

- More than 30% of candidates took their interview outside business hours
- Under 2 days from invitation to finished interview
- 41% of candidates finished the same day

Criteria

## Your method in the interview

You set the weight of each competency, the base questions, objective or in-depth, and the requirements that rule a candidate out. The criteria stay the same from the first candidate to the last; what changes is how the conversation goes, following what each one answers.

Decision

## A structured, auditable scorecard

Every candidate comes back with a score per criterion, a summary of the interview and a recommendation, always in the same format — a common basis for comparison, with no variation between interviewers. And every step is logged with a timestamp, from the invitation to the report. After the assessment, the decision belongs to the recruiting team.

Data and pools

## Standardized data for later use

Data is fed into Tako or into your ATS in a standardized form, ready for later use in talent pools — every interview enriches the base for the next roles.

## What candidates say

From people who went through an interview with Nara.

> The interview felt very natural. At several points I forgot I was talking to an AI and not to a person.

> I loved how the AI could pull together what I had told it and ask new questions from there, building a natural dialogue. I thought it would be different, more rigid, and it surprised me!

> I thought it was great: flexible scheduling, easy to follow, and she understood me really well.

> How natural the conversation felt was incredible. The way the topics were raised, handled and developed keeps the process enjoyable and engaging.

> The experience flowed well. I even felt more comfortable than in an interview with a person.

> The interview was calm, clear and comfortable. I especially liked the feedback given along the way, and Nara's ability to analyze my answers and go deeper with personalized questions. It made the experience smoother, livelier and more interesting.

> It was the first audio and video interview I did with an AI, and I found it very interesting. It flowed naturally, as if the conversation really were between two people. Congratulations to the developers!

> I was impressed by the way she builds questions from what we tell her. Outstanding!

## Tako Launches Tako Recruiter, a New Module of the Tako Platform Dedicated to Recruiting and Hiring

The module's first product runs full screening interviews via AI agents, with a competency-based scorecard and personalized feedback for every candidate. Native PT-BR, integrated into the Tako platform alongside payroll, onboarding and offboarding.

by Tako Team•May 4, 2026

SÃO PAULO, May 4, 2026 — Tako today announced the launch of Tako Recruiter, a new module of its AI platform dedicated to recruiting and hiring. With this release, Tako's portfolio now covers the full employee lifecycle starting from recruitment, joining the existing products for payroll, digital onboarding, time off, and offboarding. The module's first product conducts candidate interviews via an AI agent and is available immediately for large Brazilian companies with high volumes of open roles per month.

In high-volume recruiting, internal recruiting teams spend most of the week in candidate interviews. Calendars get blocked, qualified candidates wait days for a slot, decisions hinge on the interviewer's memory, and the employer brand is exposed to candidates who never hear back. Most companies have lived with this pain for years: the Head of People is held accountable simultaneously for time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience — metrics that are often in tension.

Tako Recruiter resolves that pain. The interview is structured by competency, conducted by the AI agent at any hour of the day, with no scheduling dependency. The recruiter receives a comparable scorecard across candidates, with strengths, concerns, and suggestions for what to dig into in the next stage. Every candidate, including those who don't advance, can receive personalized feedback — something that is unworkable manually in high volume.

"Recruiting and hiring is the next territory where agentic systems unlock real capacity for HR teams," says Fernando Gadotti, CEO and founder of Tako. "We're launching Tako Recruiter as the first module of a platform that intends to cover the entire recruiting funnel, starting at the stage where recruiting teams spend the most time today. Very soon we'll have solutions focused on other relevant pain points, such as high-volume sourcing and screening."

Tako Recruiter integrates via API with a range of ATSs and offers manual operation for teams that want to start testing the solution quickly. Pricing is per interview conducted, with a configurable cost ceiling per client.

New

## All your benefits in one place.

Tako becomes the single point of contact for your benefits. It follows each person from hiring to offboarding, talks to your vendors for you and takes the deduction straight to payroll, with full visibility into cost.

The problem

## Offering more benefits is expensive to operate.

01 · The cause

### Every new benefit is one more operation.

- Health plan
- Dental
- Meal allowance
- Transit allowance
- Wellness
- + every new benefit

Every new benefit brings a vendor, a portal with its own password, a cutoff date and a different file layout. When there is an integration, it rarely covers the full close.

02 · The consequence

### That's where errors come in.

- You pay for people who already left The removal never reaches the vendor and stays on the invoice.
- You don't know what you actually spend Cost per cost center doesn't exist anywhere.
- New hires join with no eligibility check Nobody confirms the person got the right benefits.
- Invoice and spreadsheet are matched by hand Every month end, with payroll closing in a few days.

Without visibility, HR manages a budget it can't see.

Launch

## That all changes now, with Tako Benefits.

The video is in Portuguese.

Lifecycle

## Benefits at every stage of the employee journey.

From hiring to offboarding, the platform follows every moment that affects benefits.

1. 01 · hiring **Benefits set before day one** The person sees the plans available for the role, with cost and deduction impact. They confirm, and the benefit is in the first pay period.
2. 02 · promotion **Eligibility reviewed at every change** When the role changes, the platform reviews what becomes eligible, takes it to your vendors after HR approves, and prepares payroll.
3. 03 · termination **Offboarding with the right deductions** Each benefit is closed with your vendors, and deductions leave the final pay under the correct pay code.
4. 04 · close **Monthly enrollment report** Every addition and removal consolidated on the same base.

Plan setup

## From contract to benefit in seconds.

Drop the vendor contract into the platform. Tako reads the document and fills in name, type, vendor, term and amounts, with no manual typing.

Employee

## The full picture of each person.

Covered lives, company cost, payroll deduction and eligibility in real time, without checking each vendor's portal. Every action is logged with date and owner.

Payroll

## The benefit is already on payroll, on the right line.

Cost, deduction and net pay impact itemized on the payslip. No parallel checking and no gap between what was contracted and what was charged.

35+ benefits back-office agents

## Drop the comp cycle into the chat. Otto tells you what changed.

Otto is Tako's agent, the same one you already use on the platform, now working on benefits. It reads the spreadsheet, compares it with employee records and flags who becomes eligible for a higher plan and who no longer is. Nothing reaches your vendor before HR approves.

## What takes a report today becomes a question for Otto.

It answers right away, because payroll, records and benefits live on the same base.

## We don't just organize. We operate.

The platform detects the event in the employee record, and Tako contacts the vendor: hiring, termination, promotion and upgrade.

1. Event in the record
2. Tako contacts the vendor
3. Change confirmed

Without Tako operations

- Missed enrollment and an employee without coverage
- Unreported removal that stays on the invoice
- Upgrade requested after the vendor's deadline

With Tako operations

- Every event becomes a tracked enrollment change
- Removals reported within the monthly close
- Invoice and payroll checked against the same base

## A single point of contact for all your benefits.

Today, benefits run through brokers, each vendor's portal, spreadsheets, email, invoices and payroll. Tako now becomes the single point everything goes through.

## Everything you need to close payroll *without a spreadsheet on the side.*

- payroll **Native payroll, from calculation to pay code** The deduction is born on payroll, with a calculation trail on every line.
- automation **Enrollment changes run per event** Hiring, promotion and termination become changes with the vendor.
- full management **Full lifecycle** From hiring to offboarding, with nothing left behind.
- audit **Full traceability** Every action with date, owner and source.
- visibility **Real cost, always visible** By plan, by vendor, by cost center and by person.
- ai **AI works inside the platform** Comp cycles, bulk changes and answers about your workforce.

# eConsignado (CLT payroll-backed loan): how it works in Brazilian payroll

> Guide to CLT eConsignado in payroll: 35% consignable margin, rubric 9253 in eSocial, FGTS Digital, provisioning and the fines that follow any mismatch. Plus how Tako automates all of it.

Page: https://tako.ai/en/econsignado/ · Português: https://tako.ai/pt/econsignado.md

eConsignado · Tako Payroll

## Every 21st, your HR team opens Emprega Brasil. With Tako, that day does not exist.

Brazil's new payroll-backed loan became a payroll obligation. Portal lookup, eSocial posting, rubric 9253, FGTS Digital guia, provisioning in advance and termination with FGTS held by the bank. Tako handles all of it, synced to Dataprev in real time.

See the demo How it works in practice

What it is

## What is eConsignado?

Updated April 24, 2026

30-second summary

eConsignado is Brazil's new private payroll-backed loan that CLT employees contract directly inside a government app. The employer is not part of the deal, but is required to withhold it on payroll, post rubric 9253 in eSocial and remit a dedicated guia in FGTS Digital every month.

eConsignado is the private payroll-backed loan regulated by Brazilian Law 15.179/2025 and MTE Ordinance 435/2025. Employees contract the loan directly in the Carteira Digital do Trabalhador app, pick from 120+ approved banks, and have their margin validated in real time by Dataprev. The employer acts only as the withholding party.

### What changed in September 2025

Before the reform, private payroll-backed lending required an active agreement between the employer and the bank. The employee only got a competitive rate if the company had one in place. The new law removed that intermediary. Any CLT employee with margin can now contract with any approved bank, any day of the month.

### What the employer is now required to do

Between the 21st and the 25th of each month, Dataprev releases a CSV in Portal Emprega Brasil with all active contracts by CPF. Payroll downloads it, cross-checks with payroll, respects the 35% margin, posts rubric 9253 in eSocial with incidences FGTS 31, INSS 00 and IRRF 09, and issues a separate guia in FGTS Digital. Companies that skip this face a 30% fine plus repayment of the amount not withheld.

What changed

## Loans now run directly through the app, and a new duty landed on payroll.

Law 15.179/2025 and MTE Ordinance 435/2025 removed the employer-bank agreement. Any CLT employee with margin can now contract a loan at any of the 120+ approved banks, and the employer is required to withhold and remit.

### For the employee

- Contracts the loan directly in the Carteira Digital app, with no employer-bank agreement.
- Picks from 120+ approved banks, any day of the month.
- Consignable margin validated by Dataprev, up to 35% of available compensation.
- Deduction hits payroll the month after the contract is registered in the portal.

### For the company (and payroll)

- Monthly lookup on Portal Emprega Brasil, within the window from the 21st to the 25th, when Dataprev releases the file.
- Posting under rubric 9253 in eSocial, with FGTS 31, INSS 00 and IRRF 09.
- A dedicated guia in FGTS Digital, same deadline as monthly FGTS.
- Proportional provisioning in advance pay, vacation and termination.
- Margin recalculated on every payroll event: overtime, absences, bonuses.

Step by step

## How to withhold eConsignado in payroll.

The monthly routine every CLT employer now carries, in five steps that repeat every payroll cycle.

01

### Lookup on Portal Emprega Brasil

Between the 21st and the 25th of each month, Dataprev releases the CSV with active contracts by CPF. Banks can push data in until the last minute of the 25th. Downloaded on the 22nd? Download it again on the 26th to be safe.

02

### Cross-check with payroll

Each line in the CSV becomes a deduction. Check whether the employee has margin available, is on vacation, left the company, or already carries other active consignados in the cycle.

03

### eSocial posting (rubric 9253)

The deduction goes into event S-1200 (compensation), S-2299 (termination) or S-2399 (TSVE). Rubric 9253, with FGTS 31, INSS 00, IRRF 09. One wrong incidence rejects the entire file.

04

### 35% margin enforcement

The installment cannot exceed 35% of available compensation. If it does, partial deduction, note on the payslip, bank charges the balance directly. On termination, Tako applies the same limit to severance.

05

### FGTS Digital guia

The system generates a separate guia from monthly FGTS. Same deadline, same payment method. MEI and domestic employers settle it via the eSocial DAE guia.

Special cases

## Four scenarios where payroll teams get eConsignado wrong.

The 21st routine is just the start. Every off-cycle event turns into risk if the consignado calculation does not follow along.

### Vacation: proportional to days taken

An employee with a R$400 installment taking 18 days of vacation in April, with 12 days worked. The monthly deduction splits proportionally: R$240 on the vacation slip and R$160 on the regular payroll. If the system charges the full installment on the vacation slip, margin breaks. If it only charges on the payroll, the company is flagged for under-withholding.

### Salary advance: provision what you pay

A company that pays a 40% salary advance on the 15th has to split the consignado installment in the same proportion. A R$400 installment (already within the 35% cap on available compensation) has R$160 withheld on the advance and R$240 on the closed payroll. Total installment stays R$400, only the timing of the deduction changes. Without this provisioning, the closed payroll opens short and needs manual adjustment.

### Termination: the bank can hold the FGTS

On termination without cause, the employee can pledge up to 100% of the FGTS severance penalty as collateral. At offboarding, the bank checks the balance and holds whatever is needed to settle the outstanding debt. Payroll teams that skip the simulation discover the hold when trying to issue the guia and the process stalls.

### Multiple contracts: the 35% ceiling applies to the set

MTE Ordinance 933/2025 now allows multiple active consignado contracts within the same employment relationship, each with a different bank and installment. The 35% ceiling on available compensation applies to the set, not to each contract. If the total exceeds it, the company deducts only up to the cap and files a justification in Portal Emprega Brasil. The remainder is settled directly between the employee and the bank.

Real risk

## Getting it wrong has a price now. MTE is already fining companies.

Public data from the Ministry of Labor, Sept/2025. Fines are concrete, and exposure scales with headcount.

95,000

Companies fined by MTE in 2025

Wrong eSocial posting

30% fine

Incorrect incidence on rubric 9253 rejects the S-1200 event. The fine on the amount due is 30%.

FGTS Digital guia not collected

70,000 companies

Companies that withheld the deduction but never issued the guia. All entered the MTE enforcement list.

Deducting above the margin

Lawsuit risk

Going over 35% puts the employee in credit restriction. Direct labor lawsuit exposure against the company.

Not withholding despite margin

Repayment + fine

The company owes the missed installment and pays the fine. Ignoring the file is expensive.

How Tako handles it

## The 21st turned into an email notification.

While other systems ship a report, a partial integration, or a tutorial on how to download the CSV, Tako syncs with Dataprev and runs the entire chain.

### Dataprev sync

Tako pulls Emprega Brasil several times a day, from the 21st to the 26th. A flag on top of payroll reads "Consignado synced" with the time of the latest read. Nobody opens the portal.

### Rubric 9253, automatic

Every new contract enters payroll with the rubric already configured, FGTS, INSS and IRRF incidences correct, and total amount, bank code and contract number pre-filled, without anyone posting anything.

### Margin in real time

On every payroll event, Tako recalculates available margin. If the installment overflows, partial deduction, payslip note for the employee, running balance kept for reconciliation.

### Advance, vacation and termination

Proportional provisioning in every scenario. On termination simulation, Tako shows the consignado impact on severance before payroll confirms the offboarding.

Tako issues the guia inside the same payroll flow, with no extra tab, file or spreadsheet recalculation.

### Traceable calculation memory

Every consignado line on the payslip is clickable: in three clicks, employee and payroll team see bank, contract, installment, balance and reason for partial deduction when applicable.

> I used to spend three hours every month posting eConsignado by hand. Over 200 people, contract by contract, checking the 35% margin. First month with Tako: zero. It became an email notification. Head of Payroll at a Tako customer (200+ CLT employees), quoted in the eConsignado webinar, April 24, 2026

Transparency

### What Tako does not do on eConsignado

- Is not part of the relationship between the employee and the bank. Contracting is the employee's, directly in the government app.
- Does not set rate, term or installment amount. Pricing is owned by the approved bank the employee picked.
- Does not pause the deduction at the employee's request. As long as the contract is registered in Emprega Brasil, the law requires the withholding.

## What each operation actually delivers on eConsignado.

Four operating formats applied to the same payroll scenario: what each one covers and where each one leaves a gap.

| Capability | With Tako | BPO / Accounting firm | Legacy system | Spreadsheet + manual |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Portal Emprega Brasil lookup | Automatic, synced with Dataprev | Depends on BPO SLA | Manual, inside the system | Manual CSV download |

## What payroll teams ask most about eConsignado.

Direct answers for the questions that come up in every payroll closing meeting.

### Is the company required to withhold the consignado from the employee?

Yes. If the contract is registered in Portal Emprega Brasil and there is margin available in the cycle, the company is legally required to withhold and remit. Refusal or delay triggers a 30% fine on the debt and can escalate to a Ministry of Labor enforcement action.

### What is the eSocial rubric for eConsignado?

Rubric 9253, with specific incidences: FGTS 31, INSS 00 and IRRF 09. The deduction goes into event S-1200 (compensation), S-2299 (termination) or S-2399 (TSVE). One wrong incidence rejects the entire file.

### What is the consignado deduction ceiling in payroll?

35% of available compensation, which is gross pay minus mandatory deductions (INSS, IRRF). Voluntary deductions such as health plan, commuting and meal vouchers are excluded. If the installment does not fit, the payroll team deducts partially and notes the balance for the employee.

### Do I need to check Portal Emprega Brasil every day?

Dataprev releases the file between the 21st and the 25th. Banks can submit until the last minute of the 25th. If you downloaded on the 22nd, download again on the 26th to be safe. With Tako, the lookup runs several times a day with nobody opening the portal.

### How does FGTS fit into consignado?

The employee can pledge up to 10% of the FGTS balance as collateral and 100% of the severance penalty on termination. On some terminations the bank holds the balance to settle the outstanding debt. Tako simulates this scenario before offboarding.

### How does the deduction work during vacation and termination?

Vacation: proportional to the days taken. Termination: respects the 35% ceiling over severance pay, on the specific rubrics that compose the base. Tako handles both cases with no manual intervention and shows the impact before confirmation.

### Do I need to provision consignado in the salary advance?

Yes. If the advance is 40% and the installment is R$400, the provision in the advance is R$160 (40% of the installment). Without it, payroll closes short. Most systems do not handle this. Tako does.

### How long does it take to migrate to Tako?

In 30 days, with assisted migration. The team brings over payroll history, parameters and rubrics. The company does not start from scratch, and eConsignado is configured from the first closing.

See how Tako can transform your HR operations. Our team will walk you through the platform in a 30-minute demo.

00:00 — 12:00

### What changed in payroll

MTE Ordinance, Law 15.179, Payroll obligations, 35% margin, eSocial rubric and the risks for whoever posts it wrong. Straight to the point.

12:00 — 30:00

### Lookup and calculation, in practice

The 21-25 monthly window on Emprega Brasil, lookup by CPF, margin calculation with FGTS as collateral, and the problem of multiple contracts per employee.

30:00 — 50:00

### Live demo + Q&A

The team opens Tako and runs the full cycle: lookup, calculation, payroll posting, eSocial rubric, employee communication. The last 15 minutes are audience Q&A.

> “Some institutions approve eConsignado even when the employee is already at the 35% cap. When the total lands on payroll, it is the payroll team who has to hold the deduction at the limit and tell the employee to sort it out with the bank.”

Anderson Costa, New Business at Tako, during the webinar

Who this is for

## The recording works if any of these sounded familiar.

- eConsignado became a new routine on payroll and we have not closed the process yet.
- I post it in a spreadsheet. I know there are errors, I just don't know where.
- I have employees with 5, 10, 15 consigned contracts and I lose track.
- The accounting firm handles payroll, but eConsignado ended up in a gray area between us.
- We are considering in-housing payroll and want to see Tako in action.

If your question is "what is eConsignado?", this recording will be too deep. Start with the MTE Ordinance and come back later.

How Tako solves it

## eConsignado is already inside the payroll cycle.

We built Tako so eConsignado is not a separate step. Margin, assignment and eSocial happen in the same flow — no spreadsheet, no manual reconciliation, no rework.

Today

### Assignment and deduction in one cycle

Tako reads assigned contracts via Dataprev, applies the deduction to the month's payroll, and returns the receipt to the bank without manual intervention.

Margin

### 35% applied to the sum of monthly payments

The margin is calculated on the sum of the employee's monthly eConsignado payments. If the total goes past 35%, Tako caps the deduction at the limit and signals payroll to guide the employee to talk to the bank.

eSocial

### Rubrics and advance at the right pace

Standardized rubrics, correct provisioning on advances, and S-1200 submission without rework. The payroll team gets the record, not the headache.

## Watched. Now what?

If you want to see Tako running on your own payroll data, book a demo with the same team that appeared in the recording. If you are still studying the topic, our eConsignado page has the technical deep-dive.

What MCP Live was

## A real use case every HR team faces, in practice.

The webinar took a process every people team knows, the merit and promotion cycle, and showed it end to end being operated from inside an AI tool. No concept slides. Real spreadsheet, real payroll, real posting, with the typos that always show up and the AI catching every one.

The people who presented are part of the team that built and uses the MCP day to day. Payroll is the brain of the company's largest cost. The MCP is how we already work on that brain: talking, checking, and writing with safety.

What the MCP is, in one line

## An orchestrator, not an API.

An API moves a piece of data from one point to another. The orchestrator goes back and forth: it reads payroll, cross-checks it with your planning, and writes the change back into Tako. All from inside Claude, ChatGPT (Codex), or Cursor, with your own Tako login. You already use one of these tools. Now payroll lives inside it.

What happened on screen

## A full comp cycle, from manager to payroll, in one hour.

The story: a fictional company, Pulpo (octopus, in Spanish), a Tako customer, running the merit and promotion cycle. Each demo is a real piece of that process.

01

### The spreadsheet that builds itself, in your company's design

Claude built the comp cycle spreadsheet pulling name, department, manager, and salary straight from Tako, already in Pulpo's colors and font, with salary band validation built in and split by leadership. One manager can't see another's team. Nobody cut a report by hand.

02

### The committee deck, with a real forecast

The analysis that goes to the CEO: raise suggestions cross-checked with the salary policy and the budget. For that, Claude pulled the current payroll cost, CLT and PJ, from inside Tako, and showed where each department goes over or under. A deck that would take weeks came out in a few minutes.

03

### Bulk contract edits, with the AI checking every line

22 people, 44 role and salary changes, from a single spreadsheet. Claude read it, matched it against Tako's data, found a duplicate name and asked before moving on, ran a test sample, and only then applied the batch. Everything went through the approval flow that already exists in the platform, logged under your name.

04

### Promotion letters, written and sent

A Claude skill confirmed in Tako who had role and salary changed, generated each person's letter in the company's design (different text for merit and for promotion), and sent it by email and Slack, asking for your approval before sending.

05

### Profit-sharing posted to payroll, with the anomaly caught on the spot

The bulk posting of profit-sharing on June payroll. The spreadsheet carried R$138 million for someone who earns R$6 thousand. Claude stopped, flagged the typo, and asked what to do. It found an incomplete name, a swapped name, and skipped people already terminated. Payroll recalculated on the spot. The same goes for commission, health-plan co-payment, and any line item. In one demo, the posting came from a photo of a handwritten sheet.

The question everyone asks

## "But is it safe to let an AI touch payroll?"

Payroll is never exposed. Every write follows six steps:

### Your login, your permissions

You access the AI with the same Tako login. Without permission to edit, the AI doesn't edit either.

### Reads before acting

It reads Tako's data before proposing anything.

### Asks when in doubt

If it finds something off pattern, it stops and hands the decision back to you.

### Test sample

It runs one case before applying the whole batch.

### Platform approval flow

Contract changes go through the same approval steps you already have.

### Named log

Every edit is recorded under your name, with date and time.

Tako's structured data is what makes this trustworthy. The spreadsheet that arrives from the team always has an error. Tako is the source of truth that corrects it.

Where it works

## It works where you already work.

Claude (our recommendation, faster and with more features), ChatGPT via Codex, and Cursor. Use the desktop app, not the browser. The MCP is in beta and grows every week: today the focus is contract changes, employee records, and payroll postings. Hiring, offboarding, and transfers are on the way.

Voices from the live chat

> “We rolled out Tako recently and it was well worth it.”

Live chat attendee · People Ops · Tako customer

> “It's a very good payroll system, different from the others I've worked with. I've saved a lot of time at closing.”

Live chat attendee · Payroll Administration · Tako customer

> “It looks like a dream. How accurate is it?”

Question from an attendee, answered live

More than R$2 billion in payroll already processed by Tako.

FAQ

## Questions from the webinar

I already use a performance review tool. Is this still useful?

Yes, and that's exactly where it gets stronger. If your tool has an MCP, you connect the two. If not, you export the report. The gain is cross-referencing performance with the real payroll cost, which only Tako has.

Does the changed role go to eSocial right away?

Yes. Tako is responsible for sending eSocial events. A change made through the MCP follows the same path.

How are the logs of what came in through the MCP handled?

Under your name. You access the MCP with your Tako login, so every edit is named, with date and time.

Can I post commission, profit-sharing, and co-payment in bulk?

Yes. Any payroll line item, from a spreadsheet or a report from another system. You can even schedule the posting.

Do I use it in the browser or the app?

In the desktop app. The MCP connects better there.

Does it serve small and mid-sized companies?

It does. Tako has small and mid-sized customers, not just large operations.

## Want to see this on your payroll?

Featuring

ISA Saúde and Tako's AI Deployment team

Who it's for

Payroll, People Ops and HR, Tako customers or not

Why it's worth watching

## It's a real payroll team's routine, shown by the people who run payroll.

In 2024, ISA Saúde's payroll team swapped an outsourced accounting firm and spreadsheets for Tako, and since January it has used Claude connected to payroll through the MCP. In the webinar, they open up what they built along the way, with the screen shared and the chat questions answered on the spot, without a single slide.

Who presented

## The people who showed the automations are the ones who use them.

The payroll team at ISA Saúde, a home care company, opened up the dashboard and automations it uses every day, with the company's data hidden, and talked through what it had to adjust before each one worked.

On Tako's side, the AI Deployment team, which builds skills together with customers, showed other automations on a demo account and answered the questions that came up in the chat.

What you'll see in the recording

## Six automations running on top of Tako.

Half come from ISA Saúde's routine, and the Tako team built the other half live or brought them from other customers, always on demo data.

01

### The payroll dashboard that updates itself

Headcount, terminations, cost per company, leave by type and the month-over-month comparison, pulled from Tako three times a day into a dashboard in Claude. Managers and Finance check it there without asking the payroll team.

02

### The vacation notice sent in one click

Claude reads scheduled vacations in Tako and sends a single email to the manager and the employee, with dates, payment day and the company's internal rules, such as using the hour bank alongside it.

03

### The health plan invoice that turns into a check

The invoice arrives by email, Claude reads it, updates the dashboard and separates the additions that need to go into the next review. The insurer's form comes out filled in with data from Tako.

04

### The contractor invoice reminder that runs on its own

Claude sees in Tako who hasn't sent this month's invoice yet, reminds each person on Slack or by email every week and, when the invoice arrives, uploads the file back into Tako.

05

### The onboarding that starts in a conversation

Data coming from the recruiting system, a manager's email or a spreadsheet becomes an onboarding in Tako, ready for the payroll team to review and approve.

06

### The integration that becomes a skill for other customers

The first integration with an occupational health platform took two hours of conversation to build. It became a skill, and the next customer set up the same integration in fifteen minutes.

How it works

## What you do on Tako's screen, your team's AI starts doing alongside you.

The MCP connects Tako to your company's Claude or ChatGPT. The AI reads and writes the same things you would on screen, with your login and your permissions: if someone manages one team, their AI only sees that team.

And connectors add up. In the webinar, Tako with Gmail sends the vacation notice and reads the health plan invoice, and Tako with Slack chases the contractor invoice. When the AI says it can't do something yet, the Tako team takes the request and builds it, and reading invoices that arrive by email was ready within a week.

The question everyone asks

## "But is it safe to let AI touch payroll?"

Payroll isn't left exposed. Every write follows the same six steps, and that holds for a skill you wrote yourself:

### Your login, your permissions

You access the AI with the same Tako login. No permission to edit means the AI can't edit either.

### Reads before acting

It reads Tako's records before proposing anything.

### Asks when in doubt

If something looks off-pattern, it stops and hands the decision back to you.

### Test sample

It runs one case before applying the whole batch.

### Tako's approval workflow

Contract changes go through the same approval steps as a change made directly in Tako.

### Named log

Every edit is recorded under your name, with date and time.

Tako's structured records are what make this trustworthy. The spreadsheet that comes from the team always has an error in it. Tako is the source of truth that catches it.

How to start

## It works where your team already works.

Claude or ChatGPT. Whoever manages the company account in the AI tool enables Tako's MCP once, and then each person connects with their own Tako login and inherits the same permissions they have on screen. Token usage comes out of the tool's own plan and tends to be small.

From the webinar chat

> “It was excellent, and you brought even more automation ideas.”

Chat participant · Tako customer

> “Here I built a skill in Claude and it files every document in each employee's record.”

Chat participant

Billions in payroll already processed by Tako.

FAQ

## The questions that came up in the chat

How do I connect Tako to Claude or ChatGPT?

Whoever manages the company account in the AI tool adds Tako's MCP once. Then each person follows the connection guide and signs in with their own Tako login. The guides are just below, in the section for customers.

How many tokens does this use?

Usage comes out of the plan your company already has in Claude or ChatGPT, because it's your AI calling Tako. In practice it's small: so far no customer has run out of plan because of the MCP.

Our Claude account is shared across the team. Who sees salaries?

The AI inherits the permissions of the Tako login used to connect. On a shared account, everyone using it sees what that login sees, so connect with the lowest-permission user the team needs.

Tako doesn't have the report I need. Can Claude build it?

If the data is in Tako, yes. You describe the cut, for example one employee compared with another branch along with the payroll taxes, and the AI builds the file. Receipts and payslips also come out in bulk, in a single file.

Does it work with Slack, Teams or Outlook?

It works with the tools your AI can connect to. The webinar shows Gmail and Slack. If your company uses another one, it's worth testing the connection in the AI tool itself.

What does Tako do without Claude?

Payroll and the whole employee lifecycle: onboarding with the candidate filling in their own data, vacations with request and approval, terminations, payslips, receipts and statements available to the employee, and contracts generated for signature through ClickSign. The MCP brings all of that into the AI your team already uses.

Does Tako help build the skills?

Yes. The AI Deployment team books a conversation of about forty minutes, builds the automation with you and, if it fits other companies, turns it into a ready skill for the next customer to use.

What happened on screen

## The whole contractor month: from payroll close to time off.

No concept slides: the real product running, in the flow Payroll teams operate every month.

01

### The pay period that opens already filled in

Every active contractor with recurring fees and deductions on screen. Anyone who joined or left mid-month shows up prorated, no calculator needed.

02

### Invoice collection that stops being your job

The system requests the invoices, runs seven automatic checks (amount, issuer and payer tax IDs, period, duplicates and more) and validates each one in seconds. You review only the exceptions, not the whole list.

03

### Net amounts with a calculation trail

Each line shows how the amount was composed. The contractor gets the amount to invoice and a PDF pay statement before the invoice even exists.

04

### Time off with contractor rules, not CLT rules

A dedicated time-off policy: naming, eligibility and split rules separate from CLT vacations. Request, approval and day balance in the same flow, reflected in the month's payroll.

Tako's product and business team

Who it is for

Payroll, People Ops and finance leaders at companies with contractor teams

Why we ran this webinar

## The contractor team grew. Closing stayed in the spreadsheet.

In companies with large contractor teams, month end has a second payroll nobody systematized: chasing invoices over WhatsApp, checking amounts against contracts, calculating co-payments by hand, tracking time-off days in yet another spreadsheet and telling each contractor their net amount. It works until the month it does not: a wrong invoice, time off that never hit the payment, a duplicate payment. Folha PJ and Recesso PJ close that cycle inside Tako, where CLT payroll already runs with AI.

What changes in your operation

## Every worker, one single place.

Managing CLT in one system and contractors in a spreadsheet means closing two months every month. Inside Tako, both live together: fees, invoices, time off and CLT payroll in the same place, with the same AI and a complete view of your people cost, no parallel spreadsheet and no second system.

FAQ

## What the audience asked

Is this vacation for contractors?

No. Vacation is a CLT concept. Tako manages contractor time off, with its own policy and naming, separate from your CLT team's vacations.

Is the contractor payroll separate from CLT?

It is, fully. Contractor payroll has its own screen, wording and rules, separate from CLT, and does not report to eSocial. You manage both employment types in the same place, each with its own logic.

Does Tako execute the payment?

Tako delivers a file ready for your finance team to pay through the bank or ERP, with bank details, net amount and the linked invoice. Execution stays where your finance team already works.

Can I use only contractor management, without CLT payroll?

You can. You can bring just your contractors into Tako, with a minimum contract. Let's talk to shape the terms for your scenario.

I am already a Tako customer. How do I activate Folha PJ?

Customers are being migrated gradually, with support. Talk to your Tako specialist to join the Folha PJ activation queue.

From onboarding to my last day, I learned a lot about project management, operations and, of course, payroll! What makes the program unique is the speed and the responsibility that come with the work, which makes it ideal for growing and picking up new skills over the break. Beyond the project, I used the 10 weeks to take in the office culture and meet inspiring people, and I loved taking part in the Tako Summit and CONARH. I highly recommend the program to anyone looking for great mentors and an environment with plenty of autonomy!

Felipe Saneshima Brown University

> My nine weeks at Tako were transformative. From very early on, the team encouraged me to share my ideas and contribute to discussions and decisions. By the second week, I could already see what I was building have real impact.

Isabela Miyaki Northeastern University

> Taking part in the Tako Summer program was a truly enriching experience. Not only did I get to work on something that directly impacts customers, I also got to interact with other areas of the company and better understand the many layers that make Tako's business work. For me, the best part was, without a doubt, the culture, especially the engineering culture. Everyone is very smart and experienced, and at the same time incredibly willing to help. I learned a lot and met wonderful people!

## A day to rebuild work.

AI is already changing how companies operate, decide, and grow. Work hasn't caught up yet. Tako Summit brings together 500 leaders in São Paulo to discuss what that means in practice — and what every company needs to start doing now.

A dense day, no fluff. Content from the people building the future of work with AI, debates other events won't touch, and conversations among the peers who decide. No stage for selling product. All at the Allianz Parque rooftop.

First wave of speakers

## The first names are on stage.

The keynote comes from Stanford, alongside the people who make people decisions at operations like iFood, QuintoAndar, and Neon. The lineup grows in waves through August.

### Opening: why this event exists

+ Synopsis− Synopsis

Fernando Gadotti, Tako's founder, opens the day by explaining the scale that will organize the next ten hours and the deal every speaker accepted to step on this stage: talk about what they have actually done, mistakes and numbers included. Fifteen minutes to understand how to make the most of the day, and thirty seconds to decide which of the two stages you will be at by 10:15.

Fernando Gadotti · Tako

09h30 – 10h15

Plenary Keynote

### In the AI era, guess what became the central conversation among entrepreneurs

Endeavor closely tracks Brazil's most relevant scale-ups and now measures, in a structured way, what they are actually doing with AI on the inside, not what they announce. Tetê Fornea, Managing Director of Endeavor Brasil, presents the data from that research and then opens the conversation: where companies started, who pulled adoption forward, where it stalled, and what is working. You leave with the scale you will use across every other session of the day, and an honest answer to the question that brought you here: where exactly is my company on this journey.

Tetê Fornea · Endeavor Brasil

Cadu Gonçalves (Vixtra) · Moderation

10h15 – 11h15

Stage 1 Fireside chat

### When AI becomes a criterion: Alice's fluency goal

Alice made AI fluency a company-wide goal, sponsored by the CEO, with an August deadline and competency-based assessment. It is not training offered to whoever wants it: it is a criterion. Sarita Vollnhofer, Alice's CHRO, tells the decision from the inside: how the goal was built, how the assessment works in practice, what happens to those who do not get there, and what has already changed in the work of those who did. Carla Barone, from ONEVC, pulls the thread. The conversation happens in the exact month the deadline lands, so you hear the result, not the intention.

Sarita Vollnhofer · Alice

Carla Barone (ONEVC) · Moderation

Stage 2 Roundtable

### What it is worth: the number that sustains the program

Every AI program reaches the day when someone in leadership asks what it is worth. Here are three real, different answers. Camila Porto, a People Strategy specialist, has the number: an hour-bank predictive model that saved close to one million reais. Renata Baccarat, VP of HR at Ascenty, does not have a number yet, and tells how you sustain a program while building the data foundation from scratch in a sixteen-year-old company. Caroline Zucco, Head of People at Azion, had the discipline almost nobody shares on stage: shutting down an initiative that was not proving value. You leave with an honest yardstick to defend your next initiative, or to kill it.

Caroline Zucco · Azion

Marcela Ziliotto (Pipo Saúde) · Moderation

Stage 1 Roundtable

### The process where AI went deepest: three paths in recruiting

Recruiting is where AI adoption has gone deepest inside HR, which is why it is where a real base of comparison, with numbers on the table, already exists. Breno Dantas built a voice agent at Doctoralia over two years, got close to the accuracy he wanted, and today says he would have bought it ready-made. Isabella Coutinho, from Kovi, implemented a solution before the process was ready and turned the result into governance. Alejandra Nadruz, from Starian, created a committee that examines every new opening before it is posted and reduced the business partner team to a third. You leave with three comparable paths, the price of each, and a build-versus-buy position that applies to any process, not just recruiting.

Breno Dantas · Doctoralia

Isabella Coutinho · Kovi

Alejandra Nadruz · Starian

Léo Kaufmann · Moderation

### Year one of adoption: what gets built before scaling

Year one is where adoption either gains structure or becomes a collection of loose experiments. Roberta Valezio started from a baseline of hundreds of spreadsheets a week at Neon, consolidated systems before touching AI, and set goals in every area, including measuring what got worse along the way. Gabriela Cañas structured Nuvemshop's program with a CEO memo and a goal of time freed per business partner, and explains why token usage tells you nothing. Breno Vaz launched an AI-first manifesto at Conexa Saúde, watched a hackathon freeze adoption, and corrected course with grassroots champions. Three different year-one mechanics, with the cost of each.

Roberta Valezio · Neon

Gabriela Cañas · Nuvemshop

Breno Vaz · Conexa

Juliana Jordão (Tako) · Moderation

12h15 – 13h30

### Lunch

13h30 – 14h15

### When the AI deck meets the operation

Everyone has an AI strategy on paper. Few people describe what happens the day it meets the routine: goals that collide, roles that did not exist, processes nobody had mapped, managers who agree in the meeting and change nothing afterwards. Veronica Jany has spent her career leading large transformation programs in complex operations and speaks here in a personal capacity, free to tell what she saw, got wrong, and fixed. You leave with a vital-signs checklist to know whether your company's program is alive or already a zombie nobody switched off.

Veronica Jany · Amazon

Caroline Cabral (Turbi) · Moderation

14h15 – 15h00

### 51 AI implementations that worked: what they did differently

An MIT study estimates that 95% of generative AI pilots produce no measurable financial impact. Elisa Pereira, researcher at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, went to study the others. She is co-author, with Erik Brynjolfsson, of the Enterprise AI Playbook: 51 implementations with proven value, across 41 organizations in seven countries, 61% of which grew out of an attempt that had failed before. The presentation is in Portuguese and brings the study's most uncomfortable finding for this audience: support functions, HR included, were the most frequent source of resistance, ahead of the users themselves. Published field research, with the selection bias acknowledged by the author herself.

Elisa Pereira · Stanford Digital Economy Lab

Erica Jannini · Moderation

15h00 – 16h00

### When the founder decides: AI, structure, and HR's role

Three founders look back on AI adoption in their own companies: whether it came from the top or the base, what they measured, what they abandoned with money already spent, and what they would do differently. Guilherme Weigert runs Conexa Saúde, a telehealth operation with more than thirty million patients served, which went AI-first by manifesto. David Pires is leading Zig's redesign with AI at the center of the operation. Fernando Gadotti founded Tako AI-first and tells what breaks when a company is born that way. Part of this conversation is about you: how founders see HR's role in this shift, said to your face.

Guilherme Weigert · Conexa Saúde

David Pires · Zig

Pedro Maciel (Endeavor) · Moderation

16h00 – 16h45

### Work redesigned: how we are expanding team capacity with AI

It is estimated that half of all jobs will be reshaped by AI within the next 2 to 3 years. Who redesigns that work? Juliana Machado, People Director at Tako, argues this is People's new mandate: designing the processes, the roles, and the goals of work done by people and agents together. As a backdrop, the real case of the recruiter on her team, who now trains the AI agent that interviews alongside her, and how her job has expanded over the past months. A conversation about stepping away from the edge of the process and taking on the architecture of the work system.

Juliana Jordão Machado · Tako

### Implementation from the inside: what broke along the way

This is the panel of those who carry the operational pain. Ruan Caetano brought hiring time at Conta Simples down from twenty-two to eight days, and tells which step had to be redone after going live. Carolina Abe leads People & CX at Turbi, a mobility operation that lives on shifts, scale, and seasonality. Implementation as it really is, with the messy data that surfaced once AI came into use, not as it looks on a slide.

Carolina Abe · Turbi

Ruan Caetano · Conta Simples

Renan Maglione · Moderation

16h45 – 17h45

### Why adoption stalls: the four human forces

Thousands of companies handed their teams AI and waited for productivity to climb. It didn't. The thing getting in the way isn't the software. It's four human forces we already understand pretty well: expert overconfidence, the threat people feel to their own identity, the trouble we have trusting a judgment that came from a machine, and our habit of refusing to forgive a single algorithmic mistake (even though we forgive dozens of human ones a day). Stanford GSB's Jonathan Levav digs into why AI tends to stall inside organizations, and what makes it easier for people to actually accept and use. The core idea: stop treating AI as a replacement for expertise and start treating it as expertise amplified. Get the human side right, and the productivity follows.

Jonathan Levav · Stanford

André Wicher (Tako) · Moderation

17h45 – 18h30

### How iFood went AI-first: the journey told from the inside

By the end of the day, iFood will have been mentioned on stage more often than any other company, and not by accident. To close, Raphael Bozza, iFood's CHRO, tells the journey of making the company AI-first: when it became a decision, what broke along the way, the role HR took on in the shift, what he would do differently, and where the journey has not yet arrived. The CHRO-to-CHRO version, hard chapters included.

Raphael Bozza · iFood

18h30 – 20h00

### Happy hour

Why attend

### What you'll learn

How AI is changing people, operations, and strategy decisions at companies that have already moved to action. You leave with a framework, not motivational bullet points. Ready to rethink your processes on Monday.

### What to expect

A day away from your operation has to be worth the day. That is why curation has a single bar: the people on stage have put AI to work for real and are willing to open up what worked, what broke, and what they would do differently.

### Who you'll meet

HR directors, CHROs, CEOs, CTOs, and founders. Curating the 500 seats serves one purpose: making sure the person next to you carries decisions a lot like yours. Here, the hallway conversation is worth as much as the stage.

Joining the list is free. Your spot is confirmed later, after a profile check. We'll tell you first.

About the session

## What you take from this session

> “A diferença nunca esteve no modelo. Sempre esteve na organização.”

## What you take from this session

About the session

Quem fecha esses vazamentos é quem redesenha o trabalho.

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

Ela substitui a coordenação.”

About the session

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

About the session

Fala a título pessoal. Conversa conduzida por Caroline Cabral, da Turbi.

## What you take from this session

As pessoas têm problemas. Atrele o que você quer entregar ao problema que a liderança precisa resolver.”

About the session

Guilherme Weigert virou a Conexa Saúde AI-first por manifesto.

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

About the session

## What you take from this session

Format

3 roundtables, 45 min each

Audience

~100 HR and People Ops leaders

What People Talks is

## Less hype about AI. More of what already works.

People Talks brings together the people who lead teams in Brazil for an honest conversation about AI in HR. Not a trends keynote, not futurism. What worked, what became theater, and what changes when AI stops being a promise and becomes process.

Most of the people on stage are not Tako customers. That was on purpose. The authority of the conversation comes from the guests, not from a pitch. Tako shows up in one way only: by bringing these people into the same room.

The event

## 100 leaders. One morning. A real conversation.

At Unibes Cultural, no sales stage: roundtables with people already applying AI in people operations, answering in the open.

The three roundtables

## Three conversations. One thread.

Two leaders per table, 45 minutes, moderated by Tako. No pitch, room to disagree.

Moderation

#### Juliana Jordão

Diretora de People, Tako

Director of People at Tako. Moderated all three roundtables. Ex-QuintoAndar, where she led people analytics and compensation.

Table 01

### AI in Team Management

AI gave small teams the leverage only big ones had. Does it change how you lead, or just speed up broken rituals?

> “AI did not show up to give you time. It showed up to help you decide better what to do with it.”

Marcela Ziliotto, CHRO at Pipo Saúde

On stage

#### Simmon Nam

Co-founder & CPO, Musa

Co-founder and CPO at Musa. 15 years in product and operations. Ex-Rappi and 99/DiDi. Lean operations with AI, day to day.

#### Marcela Ziliotto

CHRO, Pipo Saúde

CHRO at Pipo Saúde. Built the People function from scratch. Ex-Pagar.me and 99. Reference on culture, OKRs, and continuous feedback in a high-growth environment.

Table 02

### AI in Recruiting & Selection

AI stopped screening résumés and started interviewing. What changes for those who select and those who are selected?

> “The future belongs to the artists.”

Iti Engers, Talent & Culture at Neon

#### Keila Mendes

Atração & Seleção, Afya

Talent Acquisition Manager at Afya. Leads recruiting at scale with a strong equity and inclusion lens. Runs the Empodera Afya program.

#### Iti Engers

Talent & Culture, Neon

Director of Talent & Culture at Neon. Ex-Netflix (TA Brazil and LatAm), ex-Meta and ex-Dell. Founded Allinha, a consultancy that treats culture as a product.

Table 03

### AI in People Operations & Payroll

The AI that matters doesn't write pretty job posts. It takes on payroll, where a mistake becomes a fine. Real AI or just hype?

> “You are the one in charge of AI, not the other way around.”

Priscilla Brum Soares, People Ops at Mercado Bitcoin

#### Priscilla Brum Soares

Ops RH, Mercado Bitcoin

People Ops Coordinator at Mercado Bitcoin. 15+ years in people operations. Combines automation and generative AI at the edge of payroll and the employee lifecycle.

#### Guilherme Gomes da Silva

HR Ops & Comp., Motriz

Senior HR Ops at Motriz. Built People Ops from scratch. Ex-Lalamove, Mercado Bitcoin, and Flash. Co-host of DP Cast.

# Frequently asked questions

> Answers about Tako, payroll and People Ops, Tako MCP, and eConsignado — gathered in one place.

Page: https://tako.ai/en/faq/ · Português: https://tako.ai/pt/faq.md

## Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask about Tako, payroll, MCP, and eConsignado, gathered in one place.

## About Tako

### What is Tako?

Tako is an AI platform for HR. Our agents run payroll, new hires, vacations, terminations, and more, with full compliance with Brazilian legislation.

### How is Tako different from other HR software?

Traditional software are tools you operate. At Tako, AI agents operate for you — they interpret scenarios, execute tasks, and adapt to changes in legislation in real time.

### Who is Tako for?

Mid-size and large companies that want to transform their HR operations. If your team spends too much time on manual and operational work, Tako is for you.

### How does integration with existing systems work?

Tako connects to your current systems (ERPs, HCMs, banks, eSocial). You can start with specific modules without migrating everything at once.

### Why did Tako start in Brazil?

Brazil has one of the most complex labor legislations in the world. Our AI was trained specifically on Brazilian rules — collective agreements, case law, and local compliance.

## Payroll & People Ops

### How long does it take to migrate from our current system?

Implementation takes up to 15 days. Our team handles the full migration of history and configurations. You don't start from scratch.

### Does Tako replace my accountant or BPO?

For payroll, yes. Tako processes payroll internally with AI. Your accountant keeps doing tax and accounting work, and stops being a bottleneck in the back-and-forth of payroll. Hundreds of companies have already made this switch.

### Does Tako support unions specific to our industry?

Yes. We support multi-union management with collective agreements monitored automatically. If your union changes the rules, Tako updates.

### Is there a lock-in or exit penalty?

No. No lock-in contracts, no exit penalties. You stay because the platform delivers value. And your data is always accessible, even if you decide to leave.

### How much does it cost? Is there a minimum contract?

Pricing depends on the number of employees. There's no loyalty penalty. If you want to leave, you leave. We trust the value we deliver. Ask for a proposal during the demo.

## Tako MCP

### I already use a performance review tool. Is this still useful?

Yes, and that's exactly where it gets stronger. If your tool has an MCP, you connect the two. If not, you export the report. The gain is cross-referencing performance with the real payroll cost, which only Tako has.

### Does the changed role go to eSocial right away?

Yes. Tako is responsible for sending eSocial events. A change made through the MCP follows the same path.

### How are the logs of what came in through the MCP handled?

Under your name. You access the MCP with your Tako login, so every edit is named, with date and time.

### Can I post commission, profit-sharing, and co-payment in bulk?

Yes. Any payroll line item, from a spreadsheet or a report from another system. You can even schedule the posting.

### Do I use it in the browser or the app?

In the desktop app. The MCP connects better there.

### Does it serve small and mid-sized companies?

It does. Tako has small and mid-sized customers, not just large operations.

## eConsignado

## Schedule a demo

See how Tako can transform your HR operations. Our team will walk you through the platform in a 30-minute demo.

## Privacy Policy

WGMI TECNOLOGIAS LTDA. ("WGMI", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to excellence in serving its customers and takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. For this reason, this Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been created to explain which Personal Data is collected and how it is processed by us.

During your browsing of our website [www.8arm.io](http://www.8arm.io) ("Platform"), and so that we can provide our services and products available on the Platform — primarily directed at payroll processing for companies and human capital management (collectively, "Services") — we need access to certain information about you (collectively, "Personal Data"). It is not possible to provide the Services without access to such Personal Data. In other words, the processing of Personal Data is a condition for using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Policy, "Users" are all individuals who in any way use the Platform and benefit from its Services.

By using the Services, the User declares that they will only provide true, current, and accurate Personal Data and will not misrepresent their identity in any way when accessing and using the Services.

This Policy explains, in a simple, objective, and transparent manner, which Personal Data is collected, used, and processed by us and for which purposes, in addition to identifying with whom such data may be shared and the resources available to Users for managing their Personal Data.

This Policy contains important information about the processing of your Personal Data, organized into the following sections:

3. Which Personal Data we collect and process
4. Why we collect and process this Personal Data
5. Cookies
6. When we delete Personal Data
7. Who else will have access to Personal Data and for what reason(s)
8. Your rights with respect to this Personal Data
9. How we store and protect your Personal Data
10. International Transfer
11. Do you need to provide your consent for WGMI to use your Personal Data as described in this Policy?

Through this Policy, we want to give you transparency about which Personal Data we collect about you and use in the provision of the Services. We remind you that the Platform makes available to companies, our customers ("Customers"), a payroll processing service, as well as creating a directory of employee information so that reports, time tracking, and onboarding of new employees can be managed. In addition, when one of our Customers contracts the Platform, the Customer provides its employees with the ability to create specific logins and passwords for individual access to the Platform, which allows the employee to manage information related to their employment relationship. For this reason, we need to collect and use certain Personal Data to verify that the Personal Data you provide is in fact yours; to provide the Services; and so that we can communicate with you.

Therefore, Personal Data may be used, among other purposes described in this Policy, so that we may:

Personal Data is collected, used, and processed on the basis of different legal grounds, such as: the performance of the Services and of the terms of use to which you are a party (including preliminary procedures for the execution of such documents); compliance with legal obligations; the legitimate interests of WGMI or of third parties (provided your fundamental rights are respected) and, when necessary, on the basis of your consent. Withdrawing your consent will only require us to cease the use of Personal Data granted through consent, and we may continue to use the Personal Data, when necessary, for example, to prevent fraud and falsehood in authentications and identifications, for defense in judicial and administrative proceedings, and to comply with legal obligations, all to the extent permitted by law.
