The pay period that opens already filled in
Every active contractor with recurring fees and deductions on screen. Anyone who joined or left mid-month shows up prorated, no calculator needed.
Your contractors' month, from fees to time off, closed without spreadsheets.
We showed it live: the pay period opening with fees already filled in, invoices collected and validated, net amounts calculated and the file ready for finance. And contractor time off with request, approval and balance in the same flow. All inside Tako, where CLT payroll already runs with AI: every worker in a single place.
From the team already processing billions in payroll with AI.
A contractor payroll month closing from start to the payment file, with contractor time off in the same flow and every worker in a single place. Full demo, no concept slides.
Two quick steps and the player opens right here. We send the link to your email too, so you can rewatch anytime.
No concept slides: the real product running, in the flow Payroll teams operate every month.
Every active contractor with recurring fees and deductions on screen. Anyone who joined or left mid-month shows up prorated, no calculator needed.
The system requests the invoices, runs seven automatic checks (amount, issuer and payer tax IDs, period, duplicates and more) and validates each one in seconds. You review only the exceptions, not the whole list.
Each line shows how the amount was composed. The contractor gets the amount to invoice and a PDF pay statement before the invoice even exists.
A dedicated time-off policy: naming, eligibility and split rules separate from CLT vacations. Request, approval and day balance in the same flow, reflected in the month's payroll.

Who it is for
Payroll, People Ops and finance leaders at companies with contractor teams
In companies with large contractor teams, month end has a second payroll nobody systematized: chasing invoices over WhatsApp, checking amounts against contracts, calculating co-payments by hand, tracking time-off days in yet another spreadsheet and telling each contractor their net amount. It works until the month it does not: a wrong invoice, time off that never hit the payment, a duplicate payment. Folha PJ and Recesso PJ close that cycle inside Tako, where CLT payroll already runs with AI.
Managing CLT in one system and contractors in a spreadsheet means closing two months every month. Inside Tako, both live together: fees, invoices, time off and CLT payroll in the same place, with the same AI and a complete view of your people cost, no parallel spreadsheet and no second system.
No. Vacation is a CLT concept. Tako manages contractor time off, with its own policy and naming, separate from your CLT team's vacations.
It is, fully. Contractor payroll has its own screen, wording and rules, separate from CLT, and does not report to eSocial. You manage both employment types in the same place, each with its own logic.
Tako delivers a file ready for your finance team to pay through the bank or ERP, with bank details, net amount and the linked invoice. Execution stays where your finance team already works.
You can. You can bring just your contractors into Tako, with a minimum contract. Let's talk to shape the terms for your scenario.
