Law 15.179/2025 turned into a monthly duty for every CLT employer in Brazil: pulling active contracts from Portal Emprega Brasil, posting rubric 9253 in eSocial, enforcing the 35% margin, provisioning advance pay, vacation and termination, and issuing a dedicated guia in FGTS Digital. Tako Payroll syncs with Dataprev and runs the entire chain inside payroll.

Between the 21st and the 26th, Tako pulls Portal Emprega Brasil several times a day and shows the time of the latest read on top of payroll. Nobody needs to open the portal.

Rubric 9253 preconfigured

Every contract enters payroll with rubric 9253 already set, FGTS 31, INSS 00 and IRRF 09 incidences correct, and total amount, bank code and contract number filled in automatically.

35% margin in real time

On every payroll event, Tako recalculates the available margin. If the installment breaks the limit, Tako applies a partial deduction, records the note on the payslip and keeps the running balance for reconciliation.
