What People Talks is

Less hype about AI. More of what already works.

People Talks brings together the people who lead teams in Brazil for an honest conversation about AI in HR. Not a trends keynote, not futurism. What worked, what became theater, and what changes when AI stops being a promise and becomes process.

Most of the people on stage are not Tako customers. That was on purpose. The authority of the conversation comes from the guests, not from a pitch. Tako shows up in one way only: by bringing these people into the same room.
