SÃO PAULO, May 4, 2026 — Tako today announced the launch of Tako Recruiter, a new module of its AI platform dedicated to recruiting and hiring. With this release, Tako's portfolio now covers the full employee lifecycle starting from recruitment, joining the existing products for payroll, digital onboarding, time off, and offboarding. The module's first product conducts candidate interviews via an AI agent and is available immediately for large Brazilian companies with high volumes of open roles per month.
In high-volume recruiting, internal recruiting teams spend most of the week in candidate interviews. Calendars get blocked, qualified candidates wait days for a slot, decisions hinge on the interviewer's memory, and the employer brand is exposed to candidates who never hear back. Most companies have lived with this pain for years: the Head of People is held accountable simultaneously for time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience — metrics that are often in tension.
Tako Recruiter resolves that pain. The interview is structured by competency, conducted by the AI agent at any hour of the day, with no scheduling dependency. The recruiter receives a comparable scorecard across candidates, with strengths, concerns, and suggestions for what to dig into in the next stage. Every candidate, including those who don't advance, can receive personalized feedback — something that is unworkable manually in high volume.
"Recruiting and hiring is the next territory where agentic systems unlock real capacity for HR teams," says Fernando Gadotti, CEO and founder of Tako. "We're launching Tako Recruiter as the first module of a platform that intends to cover the entire recruiting funnel, starting at the stage where recruiting teams spend the most time today. Very soon we'll have solutions focused on other relevant pain points, such as high-volume sourcing and screening."
Tako Recruiter integrates via API with a range of ATSs and offers manual operation for teams that want to start testing the solution quickly. Pricing is per interview conducted, with a configurable cost ceiling per client.
